I act as an authorized representative (not as a notary) to complete Form I-9. Travel fees not required.

You're welcome to bring your own witness (must have valid ID and meet Florida's requirements) at no extra cost.

Deposit Policy
A $10 deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your total balance and helps ensure efficient scheduling and availability.
